Gli uomini e le bestie appartengono entrambi al regno animale. Il loro incontro avviene nelle arene dei circhi, dove spesso gli uomini si comportano come bestie e le bestie come uomini. Lo spettacolo è una festa pagana, antica e misteriosa, destinata a divertire i bambini spaventandoli; ma anche gli adulti hanno paura di questo capovolgimento dei ruoli, paradossale e felice, ma anche minaccioso.
Men and beasts, they are both of the animal kingdom. Their meeting took place in the arenas of circuses, where men often behave like beasts and beasts as men. The show is a pagan holiday, ancient and mysterious, designed to entertain children and scared them, but also the adults are afraid of this reversal of roles, paradoxical and happy, but also threatening.
