La teiera “Foglia” è nata dal desiderio di creare una forma di porcellana bianca col profilo di una foglia di colore verde. Molto popolare nel mondo con la sua particolare cerimonia formale, l’ora del té è raramente rappresentata con la sembianza delle sue foglie. Penso che combinando il verde (colore del té) e la porcellana bianca (il colore del latte che si aggiunge) a questa forma originale, si può ottenere un oggetto singolare.
The teapot Foglia was born from the desire to create a shape in white porcelain inspired by the profile of a leaf and its green color. Very popular in the world with its particular formal ceremonial drink, Tea time is rarely represented in the guise of its leaves. I thought that by combining the green (color of tea) and the white porcelain (the color of milk accompanying) to this original form, could make a singular object
