Si tratta di un progetto realizzato per un concorso internazionale per la disposizione del lato ovest del waterfront di New York. L’idea di base è quella di creare un parco artificiale lungo il lato ovest del waterfront di Manhattan, connesso alle altre due grandi aree verdi di New York, cioè Central Park e il Riverside Park.
International competition for the layout of the west waterfront of Manhattan, in New York. The basic idea is that of creating an artificial park along the west-side waterfront of Manhattan, connected to the other big green areas of New York – Central Park and Riverside Park.
